Outdoor measurement range
The antenna measurement facility at IMST GmbH provides certified measurements with detailed documentation in any format you need and on your time schedule. We also offer consulting services to define appropriate measurement protocols. We can accommodate many types of antennas in a wide frequency range. In addition to the well-known near/far field characterization of antennas, we established air-interface measurements of mobile phones, including a simulated user influence, performed in an anechoic chamber especially prepared for this purpose. While the antenna test enter laboratories are accredited according to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

Outdoor measurement services Using the installed roll-over-azimuth-over-elevation positioner, full 3-D radiation patterns of antennas can be measured with very high accuracy with minimum impact from the positioner device. For automotive antennas, we are developing a free space antenna range that will consist of a turntable and antenna tower to mount the measurement antenna at different elevation angles.
