At IMST however, antenna development is one of our core businesses for more than 10 years now. This gives us an extensive background on antennas for different applications from low cost integrated antennas for wireless devices up to complex electronic steerable antenna systems. Antenna technology at IMST covers the complete spectrum, starting from initial consulting, going over into the design, simulation and the realisation, and ending with the measurement characterisation, type approval and production organisation if requested. We professionally guide our customers through all phases of development, thus making sure that the end product is compliant with the customer’s wishes.

Our developers are well experienced, each with her/his own field of expertise such as, for example, sat-terminal antennas, phased arrays, planar structures, mobile phone antennas, PBG structures, wire antennas, waveguides, and sensors. The antenna development is supported by a wide range of powerful measurement facilities, some of them specially designed according to in-house specifications or the customer’s wishes.
